Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
Hello everyone!
I hope all is well with you. Our first Bible class went well today! I am excited to be with Hannah, Ashton, and Corabet. My heart is full as we work together to sow the seeds of scripture in these young people so they can glorify God in all they do! My goals this year are simple. Together we are going to work hard to get through the New Testament in the Child's Story Bible with an emphasis on Parables and Miracles. I also want them to learn the OT and NT books of the Bible in song. I am merely here to lend some structure to the Bible learning I know they are already getting at home. Please email me with any questions you might have.
Homework for Friday Sept. 9th
Read Chapter 6 - 9( if your child is familiar with these stories please feel free to summarize with them). You can read this to them or have them read it to you. It makes a great morning devotion for all ages. We will be discussing in depth Jesus calling the disciples in class on Friday.
Have them practice the OT books of the Bible through 1st and 2nd Samuel for class.
I look forward to seeing everyone on Friday! God bless you!
