"So the last will be first, and the first shall be last." Matthew 20:16

I hope this blog finds everyone doing well! We had a great discussion on Tuesday. Everyone is growing in their knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is very exciting! For Friday, January 20, please read chapter 39 in The Child's Story Bible. Please remember to read your bible assignments. Our bible learning is the foundation of all that we are doing to prepare us to serve the Lord. It is helpful to start off your lessons with it, like a devotion, to make it a top priority. Also, remember to memorize your verse. This is a short one so everyone should get it! Take care and God bless!

"This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart." Matthew 18:35

I hope everyone has had a great weekend! On Friday, we had a great discussion about forgiveness. Our challenge was to start being more generous with our forgiveness right at home, then letting it ripple out to the whole world.
For Tuesday, January 17th please read Matthew 20:1-16. We will be discussing the parable of the workers in the vineyard. Also, remember to memorize Matthew 18:35. It is important to hide these great words of Jesus in our hearts! Take care and God bless!
